Historic Documents for CollectorsWelcome to Smoking Donkey Publishing. We have created a small collection of classic references, aimed at collectors, researchers and enthusiasts. Each CD-ROM contains a careful selection from a range of historic patents, Acts of Parliament and trade catalogues. Some topics also include articles, reproductions of vintage adverts and other materials.We offer a unique guarantee - because we will continually aim to add material to each collection, buyers will receive a free update one year after their purchase (or earlier if there is a substantial and significant expansion of material in a particular CD-ROM). We welcome suggestions and contributions: if you have material that would be appropriate to include in any of these titles, we will happily consider it, providing you with a complementary copy and full acknowledgement in future editions. Many collector communities contain a great wealth of material, and by this route, the overall body of knowledge can be preserved, shared and distributed. You will be able to buy our titles direct from this site, through Amazon.co.uk or from selected outlets. A list of retailers will be available shortly - if you would like to distribute our titles - or just offer a single title through a museum shop, club newsletter or in conjunction with a related publication - please contact us for our trade terms.
